Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prescanix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Prescanix is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that performs static analysis on iOS application files (.ipa) to predict the likelihood of rejection by the Apple App Store. The Service is provided for informational and risk-assessment purposes only. Prescanix does not guarantee that apps rated as "low risk" will be approved by Apple.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files containing malware, spyware, or intentionally malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from the Service
• Use the Service to scan apps you do not own or have no authorised right to analyse
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or authentication mechanisms
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the availability or performance of the Service for other users

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@prescanix.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plan Tiers

Prescanix offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Features and limits for each are described on the Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments (India). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5.3 Plan Limits

Monthly scan limits and file size restrictions are enforced automatically. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading to a higher plan. Unused scans do not roll over to the next billing period.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. For our full refund policy, see the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and proprietary models of Prescanix are owned by Prescanix. You retain all ownership rights to the IPA files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the analysis Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prescanix does not warrant that analysis results are complete, accurate, or guaranteed to predict Apple's actual review decisions. App Store review policies are solely determined by Apple Inc., which is not affiliated with Prescanix.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prescanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to App Store rejections, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
